I 485 transferred to MSC from VSC

Last month Oct 7th 2003 I checked my status and it says that my case was transferred to the ins office in Chicago (IL) in other words Missouri center(NBC) for them to schedule and conduct the interview or take any action on my case.this can take several months. I am Living in NY and company that sponsered me is also in NYC. Has anyone had same experience and knows how long it takes them to schedule the interview please Share.

MSC from Vsc

Hey thanks for replying yea I checked threads on this and I found couple on this web site . Did your lawyer give you a time limit that how long it is going to take before the interview. For my lawyer this is a new kind of thing they started doing, so she does not know.

No, I think nobody knows how long it will take since they started a new process.
