I-485 transferred to local INS - Hartford

RD 7/13/01- I-485 transferred to Hartford.
Anybody in the same boat?
How long it takes to get the case to be transfered?
How long it takes to get an interview?
Where should I apply for EAD renewal, Hartford or Vermont Service Center ?

Please share your experiece of your interview at Hartford.

Same job and same address. Don\'t know why transferred. !!!!
