Hi,
TSC transfered my I-485 to Houston local office on Jan. 9, 2004
and received mail showing "This is to advise you that in order to
speed processing we have transferred the above case to the
following INS office for processing: 126 North Point, Houston,
TX 77060 Telephone: (281) 847-7900. That office will notify you
of the decision made on the application or petition. Any further
inquiries should be made to that office."
I sent 2nd AP last Aug but case status changed to "On January 27, 2004, we transferred your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT to an office in HOUSTON, TX for processing. That office will notify you when they take action on your case. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office. Please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283, to receive information about local office processing times."
My questions:
1. Do I need an interview?
(My lawyer included "Weiver of Interview" with I-485
for my case.)
2. I didn't receive a FP notice yet. Is it normal processing or not.
3. When Houston local office process my case?
I live in Houston and my case is EB1 (L1 before) with following
I-485 date:-
RD 08/26/02
ND 08/28/02
FP No notice yet.
Appreciate all of your kind guidances.
