I-485 transferred to Baltimore

My case: NIW. RD: 08/10/99. ND: 08/23/99. PD: 01/98. Transfered to Baltimore on June 19, 2000. I have not receiced any finger frint notice
from either VSC or Baltimore INS. I am asking whether it is normal to have an interview without finger print done first.

It is not usual but anything can happen w/ INS. I have seen cases (on this board) people getting approved w/o ever doing FP.
