I-485 transferred from Vermont to Texas

Case Transfer to TSC from VSC but TSC say they did not receive file

Hello Gurus,

My case was initially in NSC and the case was transferred to VSC. VSC transferred the case to TSC but I did not receive any notification.

When I spoke to IO, she told me that my case is pending in TSC and because their other system is not updated, she updated the system. ( She did it in September whereas the email says that the case was transferred in March '07)

When I called TSC they let me know that they do not have my file and the file is with VSC and I have to work with VSC on that ? Any body with such experience. The message says that it is in TSC but TSC says that it is in VSC still.
 
Same happened here too. I got VSC to TSC transfer notice in March but in May I got to know from TSC that transfer is not yet complete (Physical files are transfered but electronic records are not ). So TSC told that they can not help me until transfer is complete. I called TSC atleast 20 times and involved congress man on this. Finally it transfered in July end but after which my PD July 2001 did not remain current from August. So I missed the train again. :mad:

Thanks for your response. Can you tell me how you contacted senator and what did you write to him.

Its wierd that they denied my wifes I130 petition saying that her 485 is denied. We went to InfoPass and they said its a mistake as they see that her 485 is still pending.

Any help is appreciated.
 
my case transfered from VSC to TSC on sep 20th and receipted on sep 17th from vsc.my original filing date is july 9th.
