I-485 Transfered to local Office on Dec 19th

My application was transferred to Seattle INS office. The change notice issued states the following: "This is to advise you that in order to speed processing we have transferred the above case to the following INS office for processing:
///
That office will notify you of the decision made on the application or petition."

Does any one have any clue if this is a recent shift in NSC\'s approach to deal with the backlogged cases. Or is it that this application is going to get reviewed?

My case has been transferred to dallas office. Is that good or bad? Any help is appreciated.

yes i m from dallas. May be that is the reason why they transferred to dallas. Do you know how long it will take to gc approved.
