Hello,
I wanted to kindly ask the forum with some advice on this situation.
I-140 filed in January 2013 and I-485 filed concurrently.
I-140 denied in March 2016 because rfe response was delayed due to mail error and the denial was reversed later once rfe documentation was received by uscis.
I-485 was denied in August 2016, appeal filed and case was reopened
I-130 filed on January 2020
Transfer request package containing new I-485 form and additional forms and documentation sent to USCIS Chicago to transfer processing of I-485 from employment based to family based on July 13,2020
How long does the transfer request take for USCIS to respond? Is this transfer request possible given the above situation or will it be denied?
