I-485 Status & I-140 Approved In Jan 05.

Gurus,

By far and large, Jan 05 has been very interesting week so far, 91 approvals , indication that NSC started moving its a.. .

Please post your experiences / feedback for the category whose I-140 is approved in Jan 05 and status of I-485.

Lets discuss how I-485 would be handled by NSC.

My I-485 didn't move an inch after LUD on 12/10/04.
 
I485 LUD Changing Frequently

My I140 approved on 01/24/2005 EB2 Concurrent filling 11/03/2003
I485 LUD 01/24/2005, 01/27/2005, 01/28/2005, 01/31/2005 but change in message.
I485 Spouse/Kid No change in LUD'S

And what exactly are those 91 approval?

Are those all EB3 or EB2 or for all categories? Are those filed in December 03 only or whenever? Are those..?

Please excuse my ignorance, could you be more explicit what those approvals are besides how you got this number?

Fellow members,

I was under impression that you are browing other threads as well. In case you are not, please follow thread "AUG is by far the worst month for Dec 03 -140 " by abelle . Hope it clarifies few doubts. Many gurus run Scanner , which I neither know how to run nor updated my info in that Excel sheet.
 
Yes, I have read that thread and felt somewhat lost about what those numbers are. I was hoping that you can help to shed some light here.

Well, you can visit http://www.immigrationwatch.com and look how many I-140 are processed at NSC ( or for that matter at any of the service center).
Hope it helps you a little bit.

I am in similar situation except that my I140 approved after BCIS motion.

I140 Approved on Jan 21,2005
I485 LUD Updated Jan-21,24,25,27/2005 - no change in message
I485 Spouse - LUD only on Jan21,2005

I thought NSC approving all EB2 application concurrently as we have waited too long for I140.

Hope for the best, and keep you posted.

Are you EB2 / EB3. Just trying to draw a conclusion.

Spouse I485 LUD changes from 06/08/2004 to 01/31/2005 a while ago.

Keep posted the LUD changes.
 
I-140 Approved!!!!

Wanted to share the good News....Got the magic email today evening that my I-140 got approved . Thanks for all the help guys. This forum is amazing. just hangin there.....Below are my details,

EB3
140/485 RD....01/12/2004
140 AD ....01/31/2005 :)
485 AD....??????
Priority Date: 08/2002 (affected by Retrogression)
 
I-140 approved

I also wanted to share the same good News....Got the USCIS email just now that my I-140 got approved. Below are my details,

140/485 RD....12/12/2003
140 AD ....01/31/2005
485 AD....??????
Priority Date: 05/2002 (affected by Retrogression)
 
140 approved today (12/31/04)

MY 140 approved today
RD/ND 140,485 on 12/02/03
485 still pending.
My self and spouse both are from India. but our daughter is not from retrogression-effected countries.
Any guesses if they at least process her 485.

Did you notice any updates in your LUDs for 140 prior to your approval?

Guys,

Atlast my 140 got approved. As Sadashivapethi was telling, 140 approvals were like raining. There is no LUD change for my 485.

My labor is substitute and the original labor PD is 12/30/98.
Few people here says that original Labor date is the PD and few says that 140 receipt date is the PD for sub cases.

Which one is true ? i am just thinking about the retrogression chances on my case.

Hello Gurus,
My details are in my signature.
I don't know what is happening with my case. Since 15 days everyday LUD is changing for 140/485/AP/EAD. Even today also I checked and the LUD is changed to today's date. I know it is toooooooo early to expect something. Please telly why it is changing every day. Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
My case is EB3
