I-485 Status check: Email and Phone #?

My PD is past now with India/EB2/Feb02, but so far no status change.

Can you guys tell me the email id (to whom status check email to be written). if someone can write me format of letter, it will be of big help.

Also please write phone # where I can call to talk to customer service to find the status of my I-485 application.

Should I address email to Officer Cruz? or Just Dear Sir/Madam kind of thing ?

Do you have phone# that I can also call to speak to know the status ?
 
I believe the e-mail should be addressed in general and not to a specific officer. I have always sent e-mails with generic address like Sir/Madam.
