I-485 status changed to result of FP Review

Hello All,

I filed my I 485 in August 2002 and done 1st FP in early October 2002. From that point of time the status was same like 'received your 485 application and mailed the receipt .....'.

I haven't received yet 2nd FP notice and today I found different status message as below

'On July DD, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.'

What is the meaning of this message? What action I can expect next? Please share your experience.

Typical Message

I have the same message, I guess this is kind of standard format they put on the web. My case, I-485 Oct 2002, FP done Nov 2002.

The second message is normal and will continue until either:
- your I-485 gets approved
or
- you get a 2nd FP notice (which you probably will shortly)

My case is chronologically around the same timeframe and I just received my 2nd FP notice.
