I-485 stamping

Hi guys,
I have a question? My 485 is under processing and I gave my 485 address at my sisters place at NY.right now I am in IL state. I would like to know once approved where should I go for stamping of my PP.Is it NY or I can go to local office.If yes,will i face any problems since my 485 address is NY.

Generally it is the state in which you are employed

Or the company that filed your I-485 is based in which state (example NY or IL).

Hi whiz-kid,
actually it is NJ(company).but for FP i went to NY.so I had a doubt in my mind.
Let me know if u have an idea about it.
