I-485 AD: ?????????
 
Mine is same case except for the RFE so far. Infact our RDs are same. I think people who applied during 2nd and 3rd week of Jan 2002 is one of the most unlucky ones.

I too agree; we are the unluckiest ones.

BTW - Was your I140 approved for CP but later filed I-485 instead of CP? I guess that's causing the dealy for me. Anyway good luck.

No my 140 was not applied for CP, mine is the most straight forward case so far. It is like a never ending nightmare
 
At least you guys have done 2nd FP's and are done with RFE's.
In my case, no 2nd FP and no RFE.
No progress what so ever. Thinking of applying for the 4th EAD soon in coming months.
Any friendly suggestions for me???

According to scan by sbctsublc there are about 1900 Jan cases that are not approved yet...Not sure if it provides comfort

Hang on guys, your day will come soon!
I cannot believe some have not second FP even frm January 2002. This tells us something about the efficiency of USCIS telling the ASCs to schedule FPs when expired.

Instead of just waiting, I would say that everyone should participate in all community efforts to address this backlog issue.

Someone said in this forum before:
If anyone failed to reply within a month from the RFE issue date, the case could be delayed much longer
till adjudication. It seems it's true. Our files might be slept in somewhere of the VSC warehouse.
And even VSC officer already forgot our cases have been pending for long time.
