I-485 Rfe..Who gets document..Lawyer OR Employer

Hi Friends,

I got Rfe on 485 a month earlier on 07-jun..Yet not recd..
My employer address has changed...According to my lawyer, document will come to employer office...since address has changed...it is long time...

Is this true???...
I think document goes to Lawyer Office and EMployer both...

I140- RD--> 06/05/2003
I140 -ND--> 06/09/2003
Rfe - I140 - 04-May-04
Rfe - I140 - Replied- 07/06/04

Rfe - I-485 - 06/07/04 (NOT YET RECD)
 
CIS sends only one original RFE document to the lawyer. There have been some rare incidences where the RFE has gone to the Employer.
Per RFE notice on the CIS website, if 14 days have passed and the lawyer has not received it, you may call CIS and ask the details.
Remember, you have 3 months to respond to the RFE.

RFE issued on 6/23/04. But it never recd so far. Is there any way i can get fax copy from INS
