I-485 RFE . Urgent - Please help.

I used to have a green card earlier. As I was out of USA for over 2 years, I technically lost my permanent resident status. I reapplied for an emplyment based I-485 after getting a new H1 / I 140 and now I-485.

The RFE asks me to explain why I am applying for permanent residence now in light of the fact that I gave it up earlier.

I will be grateful for any suggestions on how to reply for this RFE.

Shyam, if you are serious about it, get in touch with a good attorney. In any case, family circumstances / medical reasons for family members looks to me the right reasons. wasn\'t that the case for you ?
