Looking at Rupnet, those people who were recently approved and who had put in details of when they responded to their RFE seem to be being approved very quickly following the response date. The ones with details for Mar 02 were about 10 days from RFE response to APL. Hopefully these were not some sort of fluke.

why did u get 2 RFE's. was the second rfe related to the first or totally different?

When I applied for second EAD, I received an REF asking me if I had done the special registration and requesting a proof of that. The 1st REF was sent in May 2003.
After I replied to the REF, my 2nd EAD was approved in June 2003.

2nd FP in Dec 2003.

2nd REF for emp. let. 02/28/2004

Snehanjali,

Could you pls let us know how many times your LAST UPDATE DATE in your profile at USCIS site changed before approval( if you have the track). Just want to know if there is any pattern.

Also is the date showing now is your approvaL date or some previous date?
