I-485 RFE regarding I-94 Please help

Hi Guys,

My i-485 is pending and I am visiting India on AP. Now I got an RFE asking to submit initial I-94. I dont have the initial I-94 from 1999, but i have copy of I-94 from 2001 and 2003(latest) trip. Can someone please tell me which I-94 they are talking about.

I have already submitted a copy of 2003 I-94 with my application for I-485. can someone please tell me whether I can enter the US with this RFE pending.

Gurus please let me know ASAP what I should do.
 
You can re-enter the US with a pending RFE.

Are you sure they asked you for the initial I-94 card and not just your latest? If so, I would send your latest I-94 card with a letter explaining that your initial I-94 card was collected by the airline upon your departure per current regulations.
