I-485 RFE question

Hello Guys:

I am a frequent visitor to this forum but rarely did I post any message
Here are my details:

WAC 02-001-xxxx
I485 RD 10/01/02
RFE Received on 8/27/02 (Employment Letter, last 3 paystubs, I -693 Medical Form)
RFE Sent 9/10/02

AVM did not update receipt of my RFE but
My spouse's RFE is updated on AVM as Received on 10/02


Here is my question
Should I be concerned that my case is not updated on AVM
How long is the wait after RFE is sent.

you should be okay

I don't know why it takes so long for INS to enter the RFE response information in. My lawyer submitted RFE response on 9/18 but the AVM hasn't been updated yet. You have nothing to worry about, we saw a lot of silent approvals in the past when the AVM was not updated at all.

Hopefully your case will get approved within three to four weeks since it was entered into the system.
