I-485 RFE (NIW, employment letter)

(I-485 RFE): USCIS requested an employment letter. Please see the following notes.

"you must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist."

My case is based on NIW.

What is the point to answer this question in the letter? Thanks a lot.

My case is based on NIW.

You need en EVL(Employment erification Letter) even though you did not have to go through the Labor certification mess

What is the point to answer this question in the letter? Thanks a lot.
