I-485 RFE (NIW, employment letter)

(I-485 RFE): USCIS requested an employment letter. Please see the following notes.

"you must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist."

My case is based on NIW.

What is the point to answer this question in the letter? Thanks a lot.

Although NIW does not need employer sponsorship, it is still classified as employment based immigration. So you still need to prove that you are employed (through employment letter) or you will be employed (through offer letter).

That means the letter should say that you are still working in the same field as said in your NIW pertition.
