Application was received, according to the delivery confirmation, by Nebraska Service Center on Mar 28, 2003;
Personal check, according to the bank statement, was cahsed by BCIS on Apr 01, 2003;

Ten years...!
I'm sure even illegal alien can get their L.P.R within that period.
Sometimes I just have no idea why they, INS policies, treat us in such an unreasonable way.
Let's see: INS gives us A#, gives us most benefits and allows us to travel overseas. BUT What's the point of holding the green cards, which definitely belong to us, ten years or even longer???

Notice date: Mar29, 2003
