August Case

i spoke with IIO i got the EAC number for my i-485, EAD and AP, mailing date is 02-Aug-2001
 
Spoke to VSC.

I spoke to an IIO and got my EAC #.

MD : 07/27/2001
RD : 07/31/2001
ND : 08/22/2001

I will update the infitime.

EDDYJA, You are lucky :)

ND is 8/22 and RD is 7/31, the gap is only 22 days! Waav,
Its good. The gap is approx. 2 months now-a-days.

Pl. check AVM to make sure.

IIO says..

Edyja,Glad to see someone get solid info from the IIO.I have tried 3 times over the last month and keep hearing that "We are entering in 485 applications of June 11, so if you applied in July you need to wait a month for receipt,EAD,AP".
Anybody managed to beat this excuse. Tried telling IIO that a lot of people seem to be getting receipts, EAD\'s. No use.
 
gcawara,got the info from IIO.

I dont know whether VSC works on saturday or not,but she said looking into the system that my ND is 9/22/01.I can confirm you on that once i get the receipt thru my attorney.

called INS

I called IIO last week and inquired about my notice date , she told me now INS is sending notice dates who mailed in the month of June...(?????)
 
Guys, my check got cashed yesterday (MD:30th July).....good luck those who are in waiting...

 
 
congrats sixer.

Having your cheque cashed u should be able to get the EAC\'s by calling VSC.
We need to wait for FP now.
