Hi Indian_gems

It costs me 100 Dollars and 75 dollars for EAD and AP respectively for the spouse.I mean the attorney fees.

For me I am bearing the entire Green Card Expenses which costs me
4150 Dollars including EAD and AP for me and Spouse.However my company
gave me 5000 dollars bonus instead of bearing Green Card Expenses.

I think it varies from one attorney to another.

HI India_gems

Wait for the I- 485 recepit of your spouse then take that to the local INS office and get the EAD done within hours. Then apply AP there it self , wait for the Recepit.
 
Applied 485/EAD/AP on 20th September

Haven\'t got my receipt yet ? Anybody else got the receipts.. pls update...

Hi Ruffer,

How come you have same RD/ND ?? From previous cases I see a gap of
around a month. Is NSC getting better(Maybe receving fewer apps because of slow economy)??
