Folks, Can any one of you advise ? Is there any way we can request for original receipt. Thank You in advance.

Nothing you can do except for calling them and get the SRC#

I suffered from the same problem, but I did get the EAD and AP.

Yes, you can .. if you are lucky..

INS might have deposited your check .. On the backside of the check you can see the SRC#.. which is your recipt number.. You need to call them and tell them that your check is deposited on so and so day but not received the recepit yet..

If you are lucky enoughf.. you might be talking to a good IIO.. they can send you a duplicate to you.. One of my friends got it.. but it was Vermont service center.. I guess it should work in the same way with all service center.

Without receipt number.. they may not respond you properly for sure..
