I-485 receipt in 10/00 ...

I filed I-485 (EB-3) in 10/00 & FP done in 3/01 to CSC but got a notice from INS in 5/01. They requested more supporting documents such as my last 3 years W2, 1040, and a current employment letter, etc. I already sent back to CSC in 6/01. Is anyone know how long I still need to wait from INS???? Is this case happened to any of you before? Thanks!

probably 2 months from the docs you send.
 this happened to one guy in my company(send W2s, Employment letter in April 2001, got approval in June 2001)
 
If this year salary is less than last year ???

If this year salary is less than last year, will INS question it? I also sent my last 2 pay stubs to INS (per request) but it is less than the LC\'s mininum salary requirement but higher than H-1B, will I get any problem? My attorney told me that it\'s ok for me to have a current paid until I-485 get approved and I must meet the LC\'s requirement. Is this true?
