I 485 reapply

My employer has withdrawn my I 140 and I 485 application.

So i did a h1b transfer to a new company (with which i already have pre approved labor and I 140 application).My I 140 is still not approved with my new employer.

Is it ok If I apply I 485 application with new company right away.The dates are current right now.

I request you to please let me know.

Its always beeter to apply for I-485 while the priority date for your labor application is current.

Firstly, your employer cannot withdraw your I-485 application....
he can only request to USCIS for revoking/withdrawing the I-140 request...and it may be possible that USCIS may revoke your I-485 consequently....based on underlying I-140 withdrawal...

If your labor is current, you can always apply for I-485....no harm...
