Logged inquiries, nothing. Not even a letter....

Spoke to congress rep, launched inquiry.. Nothing but under process.

Sent e-mail to FBI, nothing.

WTF is worng with this system? ANyone else here from 2002?

I read someone in a situation like yours took an infopass appointment and told IIO that there was no FP requested.

he gave him an FP request and he did the FP same day. He has been approved 1 month later...

something tells me you are stuck because your FP is not cleared yet. just do it and you should be approved soon.

Thanks - I may try that in desperation. Lawyer tells me to wait for 6 months, ah well lets see what happens.
