Congratulations and goodluck!:D
I too am in the process of gathering reco letters and would greatly appreciate if you can send me (email or FAX) your cover letter and some examples of your reco letters.
I work in a big Pharmaceutical company as an Organic Chemist and am in my last year of H1-B (my company kept delaying my application and my lawyers changed 3 times!), so any help would be a blessing.

cover letters need no be too many pages

Paresh:In fact depending on one's situation and the type of reco letters, 20-30 pages of the petition should be enough. this along with the exhibits should be adequate. also i didnt include the entire papers. just the first pages of the relevant articles
my view of course.
