I-485 - Questions about submitting forms.

hello,

my mothers priority date is current (brother to sister approved I-130) and i know she has to file an I-485,

but what else does she need to include with it?

she applying under 245i and i know she has to send the Supplement to form I-485

but what else, does she have to include the doctors report, etc...?
