hi,
I filed for my I-485 on 26th july 2001. I went for fingerprinting in May 2002. After waiting for almost 5 months, I called the INS Nebraska center to find out where my application was. The immigraion information officer told me that "nothing is being done on the application" and she would not elaborate on that.
Anyone know what that means?
How long does does it to get the approval after fingerprinting?
It has started to seem like forever, on rupnet.com, I have been noticing approvals from august and I filed in July....
My application number starts with LIN01262xxxxx
