I work for company A and my GC was applied in EB3 from this company (PD 6/99, Not yet current, still in I140 ). However, company B did me a favour by starting my GC in EB2 without me joining them. I have my H1 approved from this company but still have not joined them and they are OK with it.
My I140 with this company B was approved on 3/26/01. The PD is also current. My question to you is Do I have to join this company, if I want to get my EAD and AP? Can I stay with my current company A, and still go ahead with the I485 from company B ?
