I-485 Question

Hello, I am a US citizen and we are filing all the paperwork for immigration. We have a question about the I-485. He has a child who has immigrated here to the US in 2006. We do not have the child's Alien Registration Number. The mother is not available to provide this number to us.

Is there any way to find out what the number is?

Thank you for your time and help. Also any info on processing times? We are sending all the documentation to the Chicago lockbox. We are sending in the G-325a, I-130, I-131, I-485, I-693, I-765 and I-864.

Heck, we don't know anything about my hubby's dad, only that he lives in the US and some 15+ years ago was an LPR. In all forms asking whether parents are US citizens, we just wrote "no". Coz we don't know, we don't want to know, and we really can't find out unless we spend a considerable amount of time trying to find out.
 
Praetorian I was looking for you , wanted to ask you did u receive any "approval notice sent email" before u received ur GC ? or atleast a change in online status which said so ? or u just got the card prod emails and thats it ?
