I believe some one ask this question before. On the I-485 Part 3 section A. There is a "Yes/No" question asking "Were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration Officer."
1. Am I supposed to say Yes or No?
2. Is the question asking were you check out by the "customs" in the airport where I landed?
3. If I checked "No" and need to correct it, what should I do? ( I thought it means you are suspicious by the "officer" that he need to "inspect" you
)
(P.S. I filed with I-94, passport stamps, F1-Visa etc... I mean those documents = legally enter USA right
)
I called USCIS Customer Service and they gave me different answers in different calls :
1. Mail a letter to the office where I filed and explain the case to them.
2. InfoPass and make appointment to change it?
