I-485 Question.

Hi
I'm filling out my I-485 and am stuck on which box to check on Part 2: Application Type. I am married to a USC but have overstayed my visa, I'll be filing for my 2 daughters also so will our Application Types be the same or will they be different?
Also, I received my UK police check and it came back with no record or information about me, now I don't know if I should mention the warning I received 17 years ago when a 'friend' put a cd in my school bag or be honest, how badly will it affect my application?
Any help would be apreciated :)
 
For you, tick "A".

For your daughters, well it depends on how old they are and other factors. As I don't have kids someone else should answer this for you.

Unless you were arrested, you needn't mention it.
