I 485 Question

I have a 485 question. My 140 has been approved. My priority date will be current in 2-3 months. If I choose not to file my 485 at that time and file at some other later date, what is the disadvantage I am looking at ?
I just want to know what the worst case scenario is.

You will get later RD and ND, which results in later approval of your I485.

If you don\'t have a very special reason, you should file your I485 as soon as your PD is current.
