I would like to get some info about the following situation.

My EB-1 petition both I-140 and I-485 denied sometime back and we filed an appeal with AAO. Now, I am in process of filing my NIW. Is it possible for me to transfer I-485 from EB-1 to NIW? If yes, what should I need to do to effect the transfer?

Also, Can I keep my PD with the initial filing?
