Folks,
I was sponsored for an employment-based GC by Company A. My I-485 started off in November 2002. I quit company A and joined company B in August 2003 and am still with them. I joined company B thanks to EAD/ AC21.
I did not send an AC21 letter to BCIS and I have not received any RFEs yet. During my labor and I-140, previous EAD and AP, I never got any RFEs and everything went on smoothly and got approved.
Should I inform BCIS of my change via an AC21 letter? The thing is that company B's client has me as RTH (Right To Hire) and could make me permanent too. So, I am confused.
Last question: What are the final steps for an employment-based I-485 to be approved? Will there be an interview at the end? I mean....what is going to happen?...how will it be approved and how can it be denied and would I be needed to appear for any interview? And should I send this AC21 letter or just forget about it as many people say this is optional.
