I-485 question, please help

Hi Friends,

My Labour and I-140 approved in CA in feb 2002 , My employer moved me to NJ office in march 2002. My atternoy filed my I-485 in VSC . I also got EAD/AP.

My question is will there any problem in approving my I-485 ?

Please help.

Thanks to you very much, I am bit relaxed now.
My atternoy scared me while filing I-485 in VSC, saying that the VSC may or may not consider your application.
