I-485 Question for B2 Overstay- What to put for "Current USCIS Status?" and "Expires On"

Hello,

I entered the U.S. on a B2 Visa in 2009 and overstayed the departure date on my I-94 card.

This year I married a U.S. Citizen and we have begun to fill out the necessary paperwork to adjust my status.

My question is in regards to form I-485 Part 1 where is asks for "Current USCIS Status" and "Expires On"

Do I put my B2 for my current status?

B2 Overstay? Out of Status? Overstay?

Also for "Expires On?" are they asking for the departure date on my I-94 card? Or when my visa will expire?
 
My lawyer put the name of the Visa and added overstayed in your case B2 Overstayed would be good. Regarding the expiration my visa expired the same day my I-94 did. I think they want to know when your I-94 expired.
 
Correct! No need to put overstayed tho, they can do the math. :):)
