I got an query saying that " Submit an original letters on company letter head from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, renumiration and prospect for continue employment"
I applied my green card on basis of future employment with company B. Iam presently working on company A.
My question was which letter Company A or B i have to submit?

Thanks anybody helping me.

The company through which you filed your GC i.e. Company B.

Please also put your country/Category and Date when Labor was filed.
Thanks,

My Opinion

If the RFE clearly says the letter from current employer, you may have to submit the current employer's i.e. company A's letter by explicitly saying (may be in a covering letter) that the green card is for future employement in company B. You may also enclose offer letter of green card company B.

However, please note these are my personal observations. Contacting a good attorney is always advisable.

Also, please post your case details.

Based on your intention, you may have to get the letters.

485 dates

Hi All,
New to this.
PD: 01/98 with company A
EB3/Skilled Worker/India
I140- Applied 05/02
I140- Approved 04/04
I485- Receipt date 04/04 EAC0415XXXXXX
1st EAD approved 08/04
Started Working for company B 11/04 (AC21)
FP-03/05
2nd EAD Approved 06/05
Nothing after that and suddenly got an RFE on 01/20/06 Asked for employment letter stating hiring date, renumeration and future prospects of employment. Also pay stubs for the last 3 months. Have sent them letter and pay stubs from company B.
Got an online status change on 02/07 about them receiving the RFE. The message reads as follows:

On February 7, 2006, we received your response to our request for
evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to
process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was
complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum
stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

Have never seen a message like this before in the forums. Also LUD's on 02/09 and 02/10.
Any inputs about what this message means? Is it really going to be a year more? I know it says it will be less than the maximum stated but u never know with uscis... Also does the written decision mean no interview? Also I submitted my medical records with the 485 in 04/04. Haven't received an rfe for medical though....
Thanks in advance for any replies.

This message clearly says that they received your response for RFE. Nothing else.
