Why do you need a book/reference to answer this question? If you have been arrested talk to some good attorney. I would not take such risk..

Yeah..

I have never been arrested but the question also include charged!. If any one charged you for any situation and you are inocent (been dismissed from the charges). Do you need to report this on the i 485 ?

Don't think so.

The only problem with multiple quited charges is that you may look guilty in the eyes of the jurors, should finally a case were brought in court.

I recommended you not to file urself get attorney. it would cost u but it would be good for u.

I have seen ppl who messedup their pettitions just not knowing how to answer. so any missleading info may cost u more than u spent some money for Att fees....

Good Luck

I am not attorney I am in same boat as u are in. so keep remember me in ur prays.

AD: don't worry I am very hopeful.

OK

Thank you guys for your oppinions and advices. I beleive that there are some situations that you must file the record or your petition will be denied.

I'll let you know the answers as I find it.
