I-485 processed by Priority Date or Receipt Date

Is I-485 processed by LC Priority date or I-485 Receipt Date?


I have a Labor Substitution that has the PD of 7/00. I-140 is recently approved. Going to file I-485. Just curious would that put me earlier in the queue? Or it does not change a thing.

Receipt Date

As per the Standard Operating Procedure of INS, It says Recipt Dates.

I think ur application is processed by ur ND dates ( Notice dates) and also ur priority date should be current.

Basically INS processes as they wish. But JIT is per ND and not RD, and yea as far as PD is current, it doesn't matter who'se before who.

stacking algo

someone posted a stacking algo sometime back...I feel they use that...mine was put in stack taken out sent to NRC...back to the
stack on the officers desk......this wait sucks...
