look at the latest process time, I remmber previos is: feb, 15,2002, now it is Jan, 9, 2002

He meant 2002 instead of 2004
It looks like the USCIS modified their WEB site this afternoon updating the processing times and the I-485 date is Jan 9, 2002. That seems more realistic than Feb 15 as it was posted before since not all of Jan 2002 cases were approved accorded with the scan results posted on this site.

If you look at the processing times listed for the other service
centers, they all reports the same dates for I-485, I-131 and I-765 (c)(9),
and some of these dates are clearly incorrect (I-131 processing date
in VSC cannot have possibly moved from Oct 2003 to Feb 2004).
I think the information reported on the modified web site is simply
incorrect.
