My 2 questions are:
1) Can we file both Consular Processing and I-485 at the same time?
If NOT, then if I file consular processing at the same time of I-140 ( as per new rule), is 181 days I-485 portability act also applicable
to Consular Processing. ( i.e. Can I change employer after 181 days of filing for Consular Processing...if I couldn't get through Consular Processing within 181 days of filing ).
