NOID -- Notice Of Intent to Deny!
RFE was for employment letter/s, tax returns.
I happened to change jobs after 1 and 1/2 years of J-1 WAIVER, to a different state due to extenuating circumstances.
My stupid attorney did not notify INS of this change. Hence the NOID.

I think it is going to take 2-3 months atleast.

All I submitted was copies of 5 yrs W-2s, employment letter, copy of license and the 3rd page of RFE sent after 2-3 yrs of completion of NIW ( when 1st set of evidence was submitted).
After approval, I went to get my passport stamped and received plastic card in 3 weeks.
 
thanks intmeddoc, what if i donot have employment letter?

all I have is each year letter given by my sponsor(first three years)
I could not get 3 yrs completion letter from them
remaining 2 yrs: i have my solo practice( made affidavit signed by me for 5 ys)
with regards to w2: 1YR: W2 reflects only 1/2 annual income pay
2yr: W2 full pay
3 yr : W2 full pay
4 yr: self solo practiceW2
5.yr: self solo practice W2
I had no choice and I submitted this and hope for best. your comments???Please and opinion??

received emai notification, that my daughter's I 485 got approved

email duplicated 4 times received today saying that :
EAC00000000 case approved and if 14 days passed and u have not received --notify ins.
but mine and my wife not yet??
what does it mean? why they didnot do together??
is there a problem????
I am so excited but not completely. I hope they don't ask anything more from me??

Got my and all my dependents' 485's approved yesterdaY. The wait is over at last!!!
 
hi all,
congradulations on recent approvals.
i have submitted 5 yr evidence on may 18, 2005.
will i get any confirmation of receipt or lud change.
and also will i get another fp notice.
when i received uscis timetable there was a reqiurement to submit evidence at second anniversary plus 120 days after I140 approval, my I140 got approved on april 2004 and five year completed on may, 2005. will there be any problem.
please respond.

s, u will get receipt in few weeks or days

receitp notice will be send to u
if u didnot get code3 FP , u will be asked to do it again
keep track on LUD's( they change fast some times)
if u are from VT certer, u will get approved soon
will get very much waited email saying approved!!
RFE's and interview's for physicians are very rare( in my experience/)
