My wife got a I140 approved on sep-03 based on empoyment with employer A as health educator. She has a very good job offer in other state with employer B to start on jul-04 as a medical resident which is a trainee position and has some of the duties my wife is performing with current employer.
the Dep of Labor classification have classified both jobs under the label "occup in medicine and health".
1-at the time 485 is approved, will this trainee position affect the outcome?
2-If empoyer A write a letter saying that the training my wife is doing is in the best interest of the company and that once she is done with period with employer B, employer A will re-hire her. will I 485 be still valid?
3-How the process is done from BCINS's part, if we move to another city that still depends to the same texas service??. will we be interviewed in state A? or state B?
thank you!!

1. The job title is important. The word trainee might be in conflict with the Job title for which GC was approved.
2. Employer A need not mention training. They can give a letter that say that after GC approval, the job offer for the job titile mentioned in LC/140 is available to the candidate.
3. It all depends on the info you send to USCIS regarding change of address.

thank you for your answer!!!
about the question # 3. How is the regular procedure to aprove I 485. Is it first approved in the regional servise (texas in this case) and then sent to review/approval to the local office where we live?? or how is that??
thanks again leo

according with your opinion, the most important thing at the time my wife is called to be interviewed for I485 approval, is to have an offer of employment in the same ocupational clalssification?? meaning that in the waiting time she could do anything she wants??
sorry to reply again but I just want to make sure I get this straight.
