I recently initiated case enquiry because I see VSC is moved to july 2002
but haven't heard any thing about my case. even left voice message to FBI and sent fax couple of times for name check. Haven't heard any thing back from them.

I saw yesterday LUD chaged to 08/23/2004. What we can expect here
If we enquire about the case , did that changes LUD?

Hello GCwaiter32,

I too am in a similar situation and have initiated an enquiry. Have a couple of questions and would appreciate your response.

1. When did you initiate an enquiry (I did mine on 8/11 and no updates on LUD)
2. What was your mail/fax to FBI - I too have been contempleting the same but don't know what should I write to them.

Your response will be greatly appreciated

With reference to your query, my guess is some officer is actively working on your case and hopefuly you should be through in the next couple of days (if not weeks)

All the best
