I-485 pending and loose your Job.

Hi All,

What if you loose your Job with the employer who file your I-485, how soon do we need to find a new job.

485 is filed on your behalf, not employer. It is still possible to get 485 AD when you don't have a job, as long as there is no RFE for EVL. Anyway, all you can do is to find another job asap, with similar job content.
