I have a question regarding promotions on the job and pending I 485. Situation is:
I 485 was filed in sept 2006 (ND Nov 2006), I recently got word I'll be promoted starting next month.
The promotion doesn't change what I used to do, but adds to my responsibilities and has people reporting directly to me.
So my question is does this in anyway affect my pending I 485. Is an amendment of some sort required, or am I ok based on the fact I still am continuing to execute the responsibilities as stated in my labor certification with a few more things added.
Our lawyer isn't very helpful and hence I'm reaching out here to see what suggestions/advise you guys have for me.
