I-485 pending 6 years

It's your choice if you want to use Lawyer or file it yourself (called filing pro se). Lot of folks filed it themselves and were successful in getting USCIS to take action on their long delayed I485. There are lot of cases where court declared the delay more than 2 years is unreasonable and ordered USCIS to do their job.

Hi mine is pending from 5 years....everything done, current reply from uscis office a third party (not FBI thats done too) is doing check will notify as they hear something...very frustrating
