I-485 Passport Stamping done !!!!

Finally I had my passport stamped yesterday from INS, Omaha.

I-485 approved on May 2 ,2003.

RD : 0ct 2001.


Should I have to wait for another longer peirod for getting the plastic card !!!! Is there any tracking forum for it.

I just heard that my case was transferred to the
Chiccago office, all my applications, the 485, renewal of i-131 and i-824. What that suppose to mean, yes I did get married beforeI filed my 485, so I expected them to transfer it to chicago, but whey did they not approve my i131 Advance Parol Renewal. All this happened two weeks after I contact the Congressman. any body has any thoughts on this one. any thing might help. thanks

This is my take on your issue though my case was never transfered tot he local office.

Service center transfered the case to local to verify your marriage date of which might be close to the I-485 date. From what I heard they send the compelte file and leave all the work for local office including EAD, Advance parole etc.
